Also the best shirts need some wellness and care sometimes. Do you have a CARPASUS shirt that needs to be mended or that is damaged due to normal wear and tear? Do you think there is a quality issue with your shirt? No problem. We offer you a repair service to restore your shirt to its best condition. 

Please note that we generally cover the costs for the repair service if the damage has occured due to normal wear and tear of the shirt or a quality issue (e.g. lost or broken buttons, open seams etc.). We cannot offer you a free repair service for damages that occured due to misuse of the product. If you are unsure, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Here's what you need to do:

1. Print and fill out the care and repair form for each shirt you would like to have mended. ()
2. Send us a quick e-mail stating that you are returning the shirts to [email protected]
3. Send us the shirts by mail. Alternatively drop them off at our showroom.
4. Wait for your shirt to arrive back to you by mail.

Please note:

Send us only washed and hygienically clean shirts.

We recommend sending the shirt with a tracking code.

If you prefer to bring the shits to one of our , you're welcome to do so. Let us know when you plan to pass by, so we can ensure a smooth process.

Du hast ein paar Knöpfe an deinen CARPASUS Hemden die wieder angenäht werden müssen und keine Zeit dazu es selber zu machen? Du hast letztens eine Naht entdeckt die sich langsam öffnet?

Kein Problem. Hier bieten wir dir an, dein Hemd wieder auf Vordermann zu bringen.

Wir nähen die abgefallenen Köpfe an und flicken offene Nähte.

So gehst du vor:

1. Buche den Service hier, indem du ihn deinem Warenkorb hinzufügst. Buche jeweils 1x Service pro Hemd, das du reparieren lassen möchtest.
2. Drucke für jedes Hemd das Formular und fülle es aus
3. Sende uns die Hemden per Post oder bring sie in unserem Showroom vorbei
4. Warte bis dein Hemd wieder per Post bei dir eintrifft

Wir empfehlen dir, das Hemd mit einem Tracking-Code zu versenden
